A Suncoast resident since 1991, Cheri Mazan Castro brings a decade of experience and a coastal mindset to every client relationship. Growing up in Far Rockaway, Queens, she learned early how deeply a place can shape a person—and she carries that insight into the way she helps people find their next home.
Cheri lives in Bradenton with her husband, Gary, the chef and owner of Brine Seafood & Raw Bar, her daughter, Ariana, and their two dogs, Mad Max and Viejo. Known among friends and clients for being organized, direct, and deeply driven, she’s the person people turn to when they need honest guidance, clarity, or something handled with precision. Her energy is contagious, and her passion shows up in everything she does.
With a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and a concentration in Public Relations, Cheri communicates with purpose and listens with intention. As the first in her family to complete both high school and college, she built her career on resilience, creativity, and a strong belief in authenticity.
